Direcway is a high-speed solution that is available to US
residents who have a clear view of the southern sky. Through
the use of satellite internet technology, Direcway is able to
deliver fast, always-on internet connections, with upload and
download speeds that are significantly faster than dial-up.
Through the use of Direcway's DW6000 modem, home
networks can be established between multiple home
computers or laptops.
DIRECWAY offers two payment plans:
 Plan 1: The plan involves an upfront payment of
$599.98, and then $59.99 per month for 15 months for Home
service or $89.99 per month for 15 months for the
Professional service.
Plan 2: This plan allows for the spreading of
payments. It involves a $99.99 upfront payment, and then
$99.99 per month for 15 months for the Home service or
$129.99 per month for 15 months for the Professional service.
After the 15th month, the monthly fee drops to $59.99 (home
service) or $89.99 (professional service) rate per month.
It should be noted that both options outlined above include
delivery and certified professional installation of the satellite
dish and modems.
With regard to the purchase of Direcway's satellite internet
service, there are two options:

Early Termination / Cancellation Policy for
Home & Professional Service Plans |
a - Maximum number of TCP Connections is the total
number of concurrent sessions available to the
DIRECWAY site.
b - Download Threshold is the volume of data that
can be downloaded continuously before the Fair
Access Policy throttles download speed. Several
variables affect this number including: speed of
download, duration of download, and the Plan's
Recovery Rate.
c - Recovery Rate is the speed at which a service
plan recovers the Download Threshold.
d - Network Address Translation (NAT) will be used.
NAT enables assignment of private IPs (up to 253)
to devices, keeping them private from users outside
of the network.
e - Hardware Warranty - Upfront purchase plans
come with an optional 15-month extended warranty.
The Extended Warranty is a one-time $100 fee.
f - Stated speed is not guaranteed. Actual upload
speed will likely be lower than speed indicated during
peak hours.
